Spectators: 6512 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arif Buğra Ramazan started the match with the kick off. Cem Hamurcuoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Buğra Ramazan's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Berke Verim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yahya Kemal Alansoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Habib Uğursan scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cem Hamurcuoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cem Hamurcuoğlu came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's Habib Uğursan. But to his dismay, Habib Uğursan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Kartal İlbey fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Velet Spor's protests and gave Kartal İlbey a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR booed when Velet Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kartal İlbey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Buğra Ramazan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's Onur Ali Baydak got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Mesut Işıklar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velet Spor the free kick. A collision led to DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Mesut Işıklar hit a great ball. Emrah Berksu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Olgun Yoruç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mesut Işıklar was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Mesut Işıklar hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Berke Verim made a precise shot to the right of Yahya Kemal Alansoy. DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 42nd minute, Olgun Yoruç left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Velet Spor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's zone, Berke Verim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yahya Kemal Alansoy came out of the goal and Berke Verim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Habib Uğursan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Cem Hamurcuoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's Yahya Kemal Alansoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berke Verim in the 58th minute of play. Olgun Yoruç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Yahya Kemal Alansoy made a huge save. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Berke Verim sped through DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yahya Kemal Alansoy. Yahya Kemal Alansoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berke Verim in the 78th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berke Verim in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yahya Kemal Alansoy saved DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR from getting behind. Habib Uğursan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cem Hamurcuoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olgun Yoruç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bayındır Çelebi came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Velet Spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bayındır Çelebi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, DELİİLYAS BELEDİYESPOR's Habib Uğursan got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Berke Verim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Velet Spor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Velet Spor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
