In the 11th minute, SelçukFenerbahçe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mustafa Anıl Ankara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mehmet Ediz İncirli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Ediz İncirli in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kerim Erzincanlı saved SelçukFenerbahçe from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Mehmet Ediz İncirli put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Kerim Erzincanlı. Mustafa Anıl Ankara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kerim Erzincanlı having to interfere. After 25th play minutes Mehmet Ediz İncirli shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Kerim Erzincanlı and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the SelçukFenerbahçe defense, Mustafa Anıl Ankara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kerim Erzincanlı. The SelçukFenerbahçe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kerim Erzincanlı should have stopped the shot. Kerim Erzincanlı was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mehmet Ediz İncirli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 35 minute of play. When Hızır Akçakoca fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denizli SK's protests and gave Hızır Akçakoca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Hızır Akçakoca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Ediz İncirli struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Kerim Erzincanlı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denizli SK. If Vahit Remiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ata Kazanhan hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Denizli SK's Arda Göksel Demirsah was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kerim Erzincanlı in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Denizli SK had played much better football throughout.
