When Peyami Özçınar came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Nurettin kakız fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peyami Özçınar couldn't finish the play. The referee showed Tekin Keykavus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes Nurettin kakız got a freekick which was hit by Tekin Keykavus. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Meriç Sair in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Behiç Omural saved 8taş from getting behind. Atalan Hürsev took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hayri Yurdaşen. Hayri Yurdaşen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Tekin Keykavus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peyami Özçınar took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Behiç Omural. Behiç Omural dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Hayri Yurdaşen made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Tugay Makul sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ilgaz İspinoz to strike the kick off in the second half. Tekin Keykavus was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 2-4 became the score in the 59th minute when Atalan Hürsev elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Tugay Makul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Nurettin kakız's Peyami Özçınar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-5. Peyami Özçınar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Behiç Omural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hayri Yurdaşen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz İspinoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Peyami Özçınar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Behiç Omural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şerafettin Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 minutes of play 8taş's Tugay Makul was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Nurettin kakız booed when 8taş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tugay Makul didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in 8taş's zone, Peyami Özçınar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Behiç Omural came out of the goal and Peyami Özçınar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Meriç Sair made a precise shot to the right of Behiç Omural. 8taş's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-6. Behiç Omural was a little too slow when Meriç Sair got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 3-7. In the 91st minute, Şerafettin Rami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Peyami Özçınar made a precise shot to the right of Behiç Omural. 8taş's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-8. When the final whistle sounded Nurettin kakız left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 8taş.
