Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdurrahim Çağlar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Halit Çeliksu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdurrahim Çağlar, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Gökberk Özsel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Halit Çeliksu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökberk Özsel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes GÖZTEPE got a freekick which was hit by Batıkan Gündeş. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Halit Ziya İncili to make the kick off. If Halit Ziya İncili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rüştü Yavuzalp fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GÖZTEPE's protests and gave Rüştü Yavuzalp a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Florya booed when GÖZTEPE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüştü Yavuzalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdurrahim Çağlar couldn't finish the play. Rüştü Yavuzalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Halit Çeliksu made a huge save. Ali Erdem Belek hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
