Sırtlanlar FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timuçin 11 spor the free kick. The supporters of Timuçin 11 spor booed when Sırtlanlar FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hadi Ceyhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 28th minute of the match Hadi Ceyhan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hadi Ceyhan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Oğuzhan Rami was slow to take the kick. During this time Sırtlanlar FK's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ant Koryürek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Davut Safih quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Selahaddin Berkman fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sırtlanlar FK's protests and gave Selahaddin Berkman a yellow card for diving instead. Selahaddin Berkman kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Hurşit İren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meriç Tunçbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halil İbrahim Karhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Selahaddin Berkman to strike the kick off in the second half.
