Mahsun Mahşer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Özaktuğ in the 14th minute of play. When Erkin Özaktuğ came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the lOrd öKÇüN f.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erkin Özaktuğ couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sevilla's Tanju Secavend got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, lOrd öKÇüN f.C's Erkin Özaktuğ dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Mehmet Emin Özek made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hasan Hüseyin Şensoy however managed to control. With a little luck, Sevilla's Mahsun Mahşer got control of the ball when Ercüment Pekergin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yüce Varan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Necati Sönmezalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Mahsun Mahşer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercüment Pekergin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ercüment Pekergin scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mahsun Mahşer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nejat Alp Gazir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yüce Varan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selahaddin Mehdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Necati Sönmezalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davut Ergunalp charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davut Ergunalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Necati Sönmezalp was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tayyip Altunışık. 96 minutes into the game, Yüce Varan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Necati Sönmezalp. Yüce Varan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. lOrd öKÇüN f.C had won after a very even match.
