Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Can Ganim made the kick off which started today's match. The Emirgazi fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Emirgazi's Baturay Nizam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bayezit Taştekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Baturay Nizam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gürol Ergintuğ, 2-0. Ertuğrul Ragıp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Can Ganim in the 19th minute of play. Özcan Çağman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gürol Ergintuğ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emirgazi's Ertuğrul Ragıp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Can Ganim in the 24th minute of play. Bayezit Taştekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertuğrul Ragıp having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, Emirgazi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şeref Akbel to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Emirgazi's Erkan Uçhan got a free kick in the 35th minute. Can Ganim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ertuğrul Ragıp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Bayezit Taştekin might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ertuğrul Ragıp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bayezit Taştekin ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Emirgazi's zone, Can Ganim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ertuğrul Ragıp came out of the goal and Can Ganim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baturay Nizam made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Baturay Nizam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bayezit Taştekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Emirgazi getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Güngör Sayıl hit a great ball. Bayezit Taştekin struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ertuğrul Ragıp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GALATASARAY. Ertuğrul Ragıp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Can Ganim in the 60th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Can Ganim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ertuğrul Ragıp. That made the score 2-1 in the 65 minute of play. Osman Nuri Akburak's late challenge caught a Emirgazi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osman Nuri Akburak helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturay Nizam in the 75th minute of play forced GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Gürol Ergintuğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Can Ganim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertuğrul Ragıp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of GALATASARAY booed when Emirgazi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taha Nesefi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bayezit Taştekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ertuğrul Ragıp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Can Ganim managed to get in a good position for a shot. GALATASARAY's supporters rose to their feet, but Can Ganim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ertuğrul Ragıp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Emirgazi's goalkeeper Ertuğrul Ragıp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osman Nuri Akburak. Ertuğrul Ragıp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Can Ganim in the 86th minute of play. In the 90th minute Baturay Nizam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürol Ergintuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Baturay Nizam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gürol Ergintuğ was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Ersan Yağızalp charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ersan Yağızalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Ersan Yağızalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Emirgazi had won after a very even match.
