The audience was convinced that Fazıl Hüsnü Okcun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barış Tuner was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Çağatay Ruhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victory's Zülfü Çağkar got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Çağatay Ruhi came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Victory's Zülfü Çağkar. But to his dismay, Zülfü Çağkar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Victory were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Zülfü Çağkar made the kick off in the second half. Zülfü Çağkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağatay Ruhi having to interfere. When Victory's Zülfü Çağkar in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cængel Fc TM's goalie prevented a goal. 59 minutes into the game, Cængel Fc TM's Fazıl Hüsnü Okcun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barış Tuner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Çağatay Ruhi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zülfü Çağkar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fazıl Hüsnü Okcun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barış Tuner having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şadi Geçimoğlu in the 73rd minute of play forced Victory's goalkeeper Barış Tuner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Abdulaziz Şanver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zülfü Çağkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes Cængel Fc TM got a freekick which was hit by Abdulaziz Şanver. If Şadi Geçimoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zülfü Çağkar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fazıl Hüsnü Okcun might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barış Tuner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fazıl Hüsnü Okcun ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Saltuk Balkoç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
