Göktuğ Tayuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Şevket Sanih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göktuğ Tayuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şevket Sanih having to interfere. Şevket Sanih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göktuğ Tayuk in the 18th minute of play. If Ahmet Seyfi Gurbet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Göktuğ Tayuk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Şevket Sanih was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Emir İşbilir fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AKBABA JK's protests and gave Emir İşbilir a yellow card for diving instead. 23 minutes into the game, one of AKBABA JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Selevkiya Futbol Kulübü. Göktuğ Tayuk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Şevket Sanih. 0-2. Selevkiya Futbol Kulübü's attentive Kılıç İzgi managed to snatch the ball when Erol Tongal made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. Şevket Sanih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göktuğ Tayuk in the 31st minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Selevkiya Futbol Kulübü's Göktuğ Tayuk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şevket Sanih narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Şevket Sanih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Seyfi Gurbet in the 37th minute of the match. Tansu Sinan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Türkeş Çimen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göktuğ Tayuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Erol Tongal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Selevkiya Futbol Kulübü's Türkeş Çimen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göktuğ Tayuk in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şevket Sanih saved AKBABA JK from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göktuğ Tayuk got free with Şevket Sanih in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Göktuğ Tayuk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Şevket Sanih came out and tried to block the shot, but Göktuğ Tayuk slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 68th minute. Şevket Sanih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktuğ Tayuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Ahmet Emir Nizami reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Şevket Sanih. The goal made the score 0-5. Okaner Malkoçoğlu hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match.
