The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abdi Öksak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Anatolian Eagles's zone, Abdi Öksak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emrullah Turaç came out of the goal and Abdi Öksak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Songurbey Onar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Yiğitcan Ilgınlı came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Tekirdağ Spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yiğitcan Ilgınlı couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Anatolian Eagles defense, Abdi Öksak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emrullah Turaç. The Anatolian Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emrullah Turaç should have stopped the shot. Yiğitcan Ilgınlı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serbülent Yaban hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Emrullah Turaç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdi Öksak's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. If Kılıç Uzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Anatolian Eagles defense, Songurbey Onar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emrullah Turaç. The Anatolian Eagles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emrullah Turaç should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Gafur Özdeğer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emrullah Turaç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdi Öksak's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Emrullah Turaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Öksak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emrullah Turaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulhamit Gözlem in the 40th minute of the match. Yiğitcan Ilgınlı struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Emrullah Turaç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekirdağ Spor. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Yiğitcan Ilgınlı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tekirdağ Spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Yiğitcan Ilgınlı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emrullah Turaç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdi Öksak to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Abdulhamit Gözlem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tekirdağ Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulhamit Gözlem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Abdi Öksak came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Tekirdağ Spor fans jumped to their feet. Abdulhamit Gözlem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Emrullah Turaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play, Anatolian Eagles's Baturhan Açar made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abay Aral was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Yiğitcan Ilgınlı fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tekirdağ Spor's protests and gave Yiğitcan Ilgınlı a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Tekirdağ Spor got a freekick which was hit by Yiğitcan Ilgınlı. Anatolian Eagles's Serbülent Yaban got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdi Öksak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrullah Turaç having to interfere. Emrullah Turaç made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Yiğitcan Ilgınlı sent off a good shot on target. Tekirdağ Spor's Yiğitcan Ilgınlı got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdi Öksak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emrullah Turaç having to make a save. Tümer Toprak scored 2-4 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abay Aral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th minute Abdulhamit Gözlem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrullah Turaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Abdi Öksak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tekirdağ Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdi Öksak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
