Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Metin Beysan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zeki Dilsaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Süruri Akyıldız, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Kapalicarsi's Zeki Dilsaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Süruri Akyıldız in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute Metin Beysan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeki Dilsaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Kapalicarsi's goal looked a bit too open when Metin Beysan came free, but Zeki Dilsaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sakaryaspor's Mustafa Arif Şafakoğlu got a free kick in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Metin Beysan in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeki Dilsaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rıfat İhya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Suphi Yasun in the 24th minute of play. If Suphi Yasun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sakaryaspor's Metin Beysan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th match minute, Kapalicarsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necip Şevket to maneuver through the defense. Necip Şevket's late challenge caught a Sakaryaspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Necip Şevket helped the player get up and apologised. Necip Şevket kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Zeki Dilsaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Süruri Akyıldız went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Zeki Dilsaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metin Beysan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Suphi Yasun to make the kick off. Metin Beysan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeki Dilsaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Metin Beysan's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. If Süruri Akyıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Necip Şevket hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Süruri Akyıldız in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zeki Dilsaz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 74 minutes into the game, Süruri Akyıldız cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Zeki Dilsaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kapalicarsi's Zeki Dilsaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Metin Beysan in the 78th minute of play. Karahan Duyar charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karahan Duyar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anıl Ozan Yetkin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Süruri Akyıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Metin Beysan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Sakaryaspor's Süruri Akyıldız sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeki Dilsaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kapalicarsi's goalkeeper Zeki Dilsaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Süruri Akyıldız succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. When the match was over Sakaryaspor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kapalicarsi throughout the match.
