Serhan Erokay came out of the goal and Rıdvan Kayhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rıdvan Kayhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serhan Erokay having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Etiler SK's goal looked a bit too open when Başaran Afacan came free, but Serhan Erokay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Başaran Afacan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serhan Erokay having to interfere. Serhan Erokay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Başaran Afacan's shot from short distance in the 28th minute.
