Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kılıç Taşgan started the match with the kick off. Çakır Malik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arif Bülbül made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kılıç Taşgan in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, çelik-fc's Korkutalp Akbaba got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Yüksel Acabay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Bülbül took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kılıç Taşgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boran Betik kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Kılıç Taşgan struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Arif Bülbül didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for çelik-fc. GALATASARAY's Arif Bülbül played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kılıç Taşgan in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match Erdoğan Özdener sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Bülbül skillfully saved the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çakır Malik was the one to do the kick off. Nafiz Topel came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by GALATASARAY's Alphan Temizhan. But to his dismay, Alphan Temizhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Çakır Malik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nafiz Topel having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Korkutalp Akbaba during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Korkutalp Akbaba kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Alphan Temizhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's Alphan Temizhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nafiz Topel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71stth minute of the game Alphan Temizhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but çelik-fc's Nafiz Topel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yüksel Acabay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in GALATASARAY's zone, Kılıç Taşgan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Bülbül came out of the goal and Kılıç Taşgan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yüksel Acabay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alphan Temizhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nafiz Topel having to interfere. Çakır Malik kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Alphan Temizhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
