İskender Sökmensu hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Emir Ayalp in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Furkan Kocaalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Temel Yatman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Hüsnü Yazıcıoğlu in the 19th minute of play. Mavisehir FK's Cavit Boysan suffered a concussion in the 19th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Necdet Nizam's late challenge caught a Mavisehir FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deniz Piruz got free with Temel Yatman in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Fazıl Hüsnü Yazıcıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Deniz Piruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Furkan Kocaalp was a little too slow when Ali Emir Ayalp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-2. 90 minutes into the match, Mavisehir FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Emir Ayalp came free, but Furkan Kocaalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ulvi Uludoğan made a precise shot to the right of Furkan Kocaalp.
