After the first half DRS SPOR were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adnan Yalgın made a kick off. Baycan Tokkan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. DRS SPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adnan Yalgın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bayhan Yayalp fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DRS SPOR's protests and gave Bayhan Yayalp a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes DRS SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Bayhan Yayalp. In the 72nd minute Ulvi Uludoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil Can Altın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
