After 4 minutes, Sancarbey Mertel made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Unkapani's Derman Yuluğ tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sancarbey Mertel struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Derman Yuluğ didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maslak. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Oğuz Derviş in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derman Yuluğ saved Unkapani from getting behind. In the 24th minute of the match Kıvanç Ugraş sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Derman Yuluğ skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute, Hafız Evcimen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yüce Onkal charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yüce Onkal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Maslak's Yüce Onkal got a free kick in the 28th minute. Berkay Onatsu made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Aysan Öktemer sent off a good shot on target. When Maslak's Sancarbey Mertel in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unkapani's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Oğuz Derviş's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Derman Yuluğ was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Sancarbey Mertel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derman Yuluğ having to interfere. The Unkapani players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maslak were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Oğuz Derviş was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kıraç Uman in the 53rd minute of play forced Maslak's goalkeeper Berkay Onatsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Yüce Onkal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Unkapani's goalkeeper Derman Yuluğ had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sancarbey Mertel. After having played for 60 minutes, Ahmet Oğuz Derviş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maslak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Oğuz Derviş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Oğuz Derviş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berkay Onatsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kıraç Uman in the 67th minute of play. Şentürk Öktem hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Haldun Bilgetürk from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Derman Yuluğ's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Unkapani getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Melih Cevdet Kutsel hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Unkapani's zone, Sancarbey Mertel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Derman Yuluğ came out of the goal and Sancarbey Mertel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Oğuz Derviş received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Derman Yuluğ came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Oğuz Derviş slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fikret Ayık during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kıraç Uman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sancarbey Mertel came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Maslak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sancarbey Mertel couldn't finish the play. Eren Özguven hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Derman Yuluğ made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Sancarbey Mertel sent off a good shot on target. Kıraç Uman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Derman Yuluğ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Oğuz Derviş's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Ahmet Oğuz Derviş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derman Yuluğ having to interfere. In the 97th minute Ahmet Oğuz Derviş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derman Yuluğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Maslak left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Unkapani.
