Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Okanalp Akalın started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Iskenderun's goal looked a bit too open when Okanalp Akalın came free, but Aybar Türk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Iskenderun booed when Necatibey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Refik Mahir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iskenderun's Şafak Tamkoç got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute Abdulkerim Aktemur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybar Türk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Okanalp Akalın came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aybar Türk could save by the left post. Aybar Türk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Aktemur in the 14th minute of play. Şafak Tamkoç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Necatibey's Okanalp Akalın slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aybar Türk. That made the score 3-0 after 22 minutes of play. Hamdi Berin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aybar Türk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulkerim Aktemur in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, Iskenderun's Aybar Türk got control of the ball when Fethi Tanrıverdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fethi Tanrıverdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Necatibey booed when Iskenderun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kemal Tanyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Necatibey's Yakup Oğuzkan tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Okanalp Akalın sped through Iskenderun's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aybar Türk. Şafak Tamkoç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Derviş Özselen having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Şafak Tamkoç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iskenderun's supporters rose to their feet, but Şafak Tamkoç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derviş Özselen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Iskenderun getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Utkan Tanalp hit a great ball. Iskenderun's Aybar Türk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakup Oğuzkan in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Fethi Tanrıverdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iskenderun's Aybar Türk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aybar Türk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sungurbey Şabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Haydar Yasin hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Fethi Tanrıverdi kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sungurbey Şabi in the 83rd minute of play forced Iskenderun's goalkeeper Aybar Türk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
