Ahmet Gökalp Guftar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Şenol Kutlar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Gökalp Guftar having to interfere. Şenol Kutlar struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Ahmet Gökalp Guftar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cifteler. Cifteler's Afşin Ulusoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soner Gülle in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şenol Kutlar in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Gökalp Guftar saved YAKALARSAM from getting behind. YAKALARSAM's Birsel Sertaç pulled a muscle in his leg after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 22 minutes, Tugay Babaoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cifteler and the YAKALARSAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of YAKALARSAM booed when Cifteler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tugay Babaoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Muhammet Kapar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Gökalp Guftar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Gökalp Guftar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şenol Kutlar's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Tugay Babaoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cifteler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tugay Babaoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Gökalp Guftar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenol Kutlar in the 37th minute of play. Şenol Kutlar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Muhammet Kapar came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Cifteler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muhammet Kapar couldn't finish the play. Şamil Sebuktekin hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şimşek Hükümran to strike the kick off in the second half. If Muhammet Kapar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, YAKALARSAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göktuğ Saygur to maneuver through the defense. Şenol Kutlar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soner Gülle in the 66th minute of play forced Cifteler's goalkeeper Afşin Ulusoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şamil Sebuktekin kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, Burhanettin Hazar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cifteler's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YAKALARSAM the free kick. In the 80th minute, one of Cifteler:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cifteler. Şimşek Hükümran kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Cifteler's Şenol Kutlar got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şenol Kutlar in the 92nd minute of play forced YAKALARSAM's goalkeeper Ahmet Gökalp Guftar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Gökalp Guftar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şenol Kutlar in the 93rd minute of the match.
