GALATASARAY 1905's Ferid Kaveloğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zaid Salman hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the last second Remzi Kura throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ferid Kaveloğlu in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Remzi Kura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferid Kaveloğlu in the 22nd minute of the match. Ferid Kaveloğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Remzi Kura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Cevahir Gürler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GALATASARAY 1905's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cevahir Gürler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes in the game, Ferid Kaveloğlu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Remzi Kura having to interfere. GALATASARAY 1905's Naim Sağıt got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 33 minutes, Ferid Kaveloğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferid Kaveloğlu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Penguenler's zone, Naim Sağıt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remzi Kura came out of the goal and Naim Sağıt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naim Sağıt struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Remzi Kura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GALATASARAY 1905. Ferid Kaveloğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Remzi Kura made a huge save. Zaid Salman kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute Penguenler were awarded a corner. Duran Taygar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Penguenler's Duran Taygar to fire away a dangerous shot which Reşit Balta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Penguenler's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Kaveloğlu came free, but Remzi Kura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GALATASARAY 1905's Reşit Balta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tacettin Erek in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Ferid Kaveloğlu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Penguenler's Remzi Kura tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When GALATASARAY 1905's Ferid Kaveloğlu in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tacettin Erek kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Tuğrul Kazan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferid Kaveloğlu took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remzi Kura. Remzi Kura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GALATASARAY 1905 had played much better football throughout.
