After a rather tough play, Izmirspor's Gürhan Sualp got a free kick in the 9th minute. Kerim Gadda might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yağızhan Süvari. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kerim Gadda ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th match minute, Izmirspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozan Vezir to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Ömer Tanyıldız got free with Bayram Akkoyun in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Izmirspor's Bayram Akkoyun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Izmirspor from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Izmirspor getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ozan Vezir hit a great ball. Cesur Günden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Rahmi Muharrem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bayır FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izmirspor the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bayır FK's Rahmi Muharrem got a free kick in the 30th minute. Gürhan Sualp, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 34thth minute of the game Cesur Günden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izmirspor's Bayram Akkoyun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ozan Vezir got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ozan Vezir hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Cesur Günden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Izmirspor's Bayram Akkoyun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Izmirspor from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the game, Refik Çetiner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Izmirspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bayır FK the free kick. After 40 played minutes Izmirspor got a freekick which was hit by Refik Çetiner. If Ali Ömer Tanyıldız had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Cesur Günden made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Taha Ünal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bayram Akkoyun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bayram Akkoyun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Ömer Tanyıldız, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Izmirspor's Kerim Gadda got a free kick in the 56th minute. Kerim Gadda kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Ali Ömer Tanyıldız fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayram Akkoyun having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ali Ömer Tanyıldız managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayır FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Ömer Tanyıldız was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bayram Akkoyun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Ömer Tanyıldız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Refik Çetiner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesur Günden in the 81st minute of play forced Izmirspor's goalkeeper Bayram Akkoyun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Ömer Tanyıldız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th minute Ali Ömer Tanyıldız shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayram Akkoyun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesur Günden during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bayır FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agah Senih was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesur Günden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayram Akkoyun having to interfere. Bayır FK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Izmirspor to leave the ground with a draw.
