Spectators: 6510 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Özgür Özgurcan kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, İlbey Arslanoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MELMİN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlbey Arslanoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of MELMİN FC booed when Gülnar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykan Kökten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mansur Resai might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saadettin İltan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mansur Resai ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 10th minute, Mansur Resai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If İlbey Arslanoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, MELMİN FC's Rıza Tavgaç got a free kick in the 18th minute. When İlbey Arslanoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the MELMİN FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İlbey Arslanoğlu couldn't finish the play. Ömer Rıza Mehdi took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baskın Taif. Baskın Taif dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gülnar SK's Saadettin İltan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mansur Resai in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Özgür Özgurcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ömer Rıza Mehdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Baskın Taif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özgür Özgurcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baskın Taif having to interfere. Ömer Rıza Mehdi spun around in front of the goal 48 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of MELMİN FC's goal. The MELMİN FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gülnar SK were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mansur Resai was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Özgür Özgurcan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MELMİN FC's Baskın Taif was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute, Özgür Özgurcan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gülnar SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 61st minute İlbey Arslanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin İltan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlbey Arslanoğlu in the 71st minute of play forced Gülnar SK's goalkeeper Saadettin İltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Erenay Tuğbay from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Baskın Taif's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rıza Tavgaç kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, MELMİN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rıza Tavgaç to maneuver through the defense. Gülnar SK's Evren Oba shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 80th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Baskın Taif but with some difficulty. In the 82nd minute, Evren Oba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mansur Resai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saadettin İltan having to interfere. In the 86th minute, İlbey Arslanoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saadettin İltan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlbey Arslanoğlu in the 90th minute of play forced Gülnar SK's goalkeeper Saadettin İltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Özgür Özgurcan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baskın Taif was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Saadettin İltan came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by MELMİN FC's İlbey Arslanoğlu. But to his dismay, İlbey Arslanoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The Gülnar SK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
