But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bülent Togay couldn't finish the play. A collision led to kartalspor getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mehmet Akif Oymen hit a great ball. After 27 played minutes kartalspor got a freekick which was hit by Egemen Aksel. Doğan Baysoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bülent Togay in the 29th minute of play. Doğan Baysoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bülent Togay, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. kartalspor's Doğan Baysoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Bedri Ethem in the 40th minute of play. Doğan Baysoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bülent Togay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Doğan Baysoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bülent Togay in the 44th minute of the match. Doğan Baysoy was a little too slow when Sabri Haznedaroğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-1. Yetkin Ermiye sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doğan Baysoy came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Maslak's Bülent Togay. But to his dismay, Bülent Togay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bülent Togay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Doğan Baysoy made a huge save. After having played for 72 minutes, Bülent Togay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maslak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bülent Togay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maslak's Ahmet İlyas got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Doğan Baysoy managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Maslak's Bülent Togay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vural İltan hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bülent Togay got free with Doğan Baysoy in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of kartalspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maslak:s goal. Doğan Baysoy had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Aytuğ Uğural's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Aytuğ Uğural scored 0-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doğan Baysoy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Bülent Togay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Bülent Togay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haşmet Baştürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yetkin Ermiye, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Maslak played a much better game than kartalspor and deserved their victory. The kartalspor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
