Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ahmet Bedri Ethem kicked off to start the match. Esnaf Spor A.Ş's Battal Sayhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Bedri Ethem in the 3rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bülent Togay in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Battal Sayhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bülent Togay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 12 played minutes Esnaf Spor A.Ş got a freekick which was hit by Işık Cebel. After 14 played minutes Maslak got a freekick which was hit by Aytuğ Uğural. If Hurşit Tuğcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Battal Sayhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bülent Togay in the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Maslak's zone, Egemen Ulum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haşmet Baştürk came out of the goal and Egemen Ulum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, Vural İltan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maslak's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esnaf Spor A.Ş the free kick. After a rather tough play, Maslak's Vural İltan got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ahmet Bedri Ethem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maslak's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Bedri Ethem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Battal Sayhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Battal Sayhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bülent Togay's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Battal Sayhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bülent Togay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ahmet Bedri Ethem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Battal Sayhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bülent Togay, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 40 minutes, Aras Rafiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esnaf Spor A.Ş and the Maslak players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Esnaf Spor A.Ş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aras Rafiz to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Bülent Togay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Battal Sayhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Maslak were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, Esnaf Spor A.Ş's Battal Sayhan got control of the ball when Bülent Togay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmet Bedri Ethem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bülent Togay was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Battal Sayhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Bedri Ethem in the 82nd minute of the match. Battal Sayhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Bedri Ethem, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bedri Ethem in the 88th minute of play forced Esnaf Spor A.Ş's goalkeeper Battal Sayhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Esnaf Spor A.Ş's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bülent Togay fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bülent Togay succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 96th playminute. When the final whistle sounded Maslak left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Esnaf Spor A.Ş.
