After having played for 41 minutes, Aytuğ Asır managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Derinkuyu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aytuğ Asır was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Aktuğ Onuralp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erim Atabey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aytuğ Asır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sadettin Baloğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aktuğ Onuralp was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ediz Özarı couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Antalya 07's İlbey Başkaya got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Ediz Özarı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Derinkuyu had played much better football throughout.
