Murat Selim Dölek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mümtaz Kutlucan's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Emir Çalkın made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Hafiz Seyidhan. Kartalspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emir Çalkın in the 31st minute of play forced Kartalspor's goalkeeper Ahmet Hafiz Seyidhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the match, Kartalspor's goal looked a bit too open when Emir Çalkın came free, but Ahmet Hafiz Seyidhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aşır Şahbaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Emir Çalkın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hafiz Seyidhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emir Çalkın made a kick off. If Emir Çalkın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. When Kıraç Akkaş came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Kartalspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kıraç Akkaş couldn't finish the play. 63 minutes into the match, Area no Kishi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mümtaz Kutlucan came free, but Murat Selim Dölek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aşır Şahbaz got free with Ahmet Hafiz Seyidhan in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
