A hard shot 7 in the game by Sarper Necaettin from a close distance when the talented Kudret Boz managed to make a qualified save. Aydanet's players were relieved. Aydanet's Kudret Boz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Aydanet from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özden Taşel during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fikirtepe JK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Özden Taşel hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Fikirtepe JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ulu Şemsi came free, but Şimşek Aral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tuncay Bağışhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şimşek Aral having to interfere. If Ulu Şemsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atıf Vahip in the 24th minute of play forced Fikirtepe JK's goalkeeper Şimşek Aral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Tuncay Bağışhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mesut Dilsuz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tuncay Bağışhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şimşek Aral was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. When Aydanet's Ulu Şemsi in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fikirtepe JK's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, Fikirtepe JK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ulu Şemsi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee ignored Fikirtepe JK's protests and gave Sarper Necaettin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fikirtepe JK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Sarper Necaettin hit a great ball. Alphan Besim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Kudret Boz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarper Necaettin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Kudret Boz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fikirtepe JK. Ulu Şemsi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-4 in the 84th playminute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuncay Bağışhan couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute of the match, Tuncay Bağışhan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Şimşek Aral saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Çağan Doğanhan fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aydanet's protests and gave Çağan Doğanhan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fikirtepe JK booed when Aydanet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağan Doğanhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kudret Boz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelik Hezarfen, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The Aydanet supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aydanet would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
