Cuma Durhal charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cuma Durhal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bandırma made a substitution. Burhan Rezzak replaced Altuğ Dağdelen. A collision led to Ergün getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Cuma Durhal hit a great ball. Sami Bekiroğlu came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandırma's Sebastian Tavio. But to his dismay, Sebastian Tavio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Bandırma getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Sebastian Tavio hit a great ball. Güney Kurban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Güney Kurban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ergün's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bandırma the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Ergün was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güney Kurban to maneuver through the defense. Burhan Rezzak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sami Bekiroğlu having to interfere. Cuma Durhal hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Sami Bekiroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cenap İncel in the 19th minute of play. Tolga Birge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahap Peyam in the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Burhan Rezzak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bandırma's supporters rose to their feet, but Burhan Rezzak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sami Bekiroğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Bandırma's Demiralp Ucatekin in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ergün's goalie prevented a goal. Cenap İncel kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Tolga Birge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahap Peyam in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bandırma's Atilla Bumin Özyurt got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Cenap İncel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ergün's Sami Bekiroğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Arif Cengiz Özan put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tolga Birge. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cenap İncel in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sami Bekiroğlu saved Ergün from getting behind. When Bandırma's Sebastian Tavio in 46 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Sami Bekiroğlu guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Sami Bekiroğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cenap İncel's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cenap İncel to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Bandırma booed when Ergün was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Birol Revan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Bandırma's Gencal Mukerrem got a free kick in the 54th minute. Vahap Peyam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Ergün's Tolga Birge threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vahap Peyam, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ergün's Sami Bekiroğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demiralp Ucatekin in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Bandırma's Cenap İncel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sami Bekiroğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 62 minutes into the match, Ergün's goal looked a bit too open when Demiralp Ucatekin came free, but Sami Bekiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahap Peyam struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Tolga Birge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ergün. Demiralp Ucatekin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Sami Bekiroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sami Bekiroğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenap İncel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Cuma Durhal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Cenap İncel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sami Bekiroğlu. Ergün's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cenap İncel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sami Bekiroğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demiralp Ucatekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Ergün's goal looked a bit too open when Cenap İncel came free, but Sami Bekiroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Sebastian Tavio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandırma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Tavio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cenap İncel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sami Bekiroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sami Bekiroğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demiralp Ucatekin, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Arif Cengiz Özan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Tolga Birge made a huge save. Ergün's Sami Bekiroğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Tavio in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Bandırma were the better team. Bandırma's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
