Arif Buğra Cantekin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Songurbey Okanalp having to make a save. In the 22nd minute, Nuri Ruşeni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Arif Buğra Cantekin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Songurbey Okanalp. YusuFCemiL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arif Buğra Cantekin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Songurbey Okanalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Halil Utku Mehdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Buğra Cantekin to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in YusuFCemiL's zone, Arif Buğra Cantekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Songurbey Okanalp came out of the goal and Arif Buğra Cantekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Şahap Refah took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ardahan Müjdat. Rumelihisari JK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Arda Baybars Orkut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YusuFCemiL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Despite being the better team, Rumelihisari JK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
