Birant Tonguç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şenel Zevahir in the 16th minute of the match. NUSAYBİN SPOR's Süreyya Demircan got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Süreyya Demircan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Galya FC booed when NUSAYBİN SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deniz Başat didn't get a good kick on the ball. İlyas Irmak scored 0-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birant Tonguç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Berkan Taşcan charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berkan Taşcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of NUSAYBİN SPOR booed when Galya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berkan Taşcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Süreyya Demircan made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Galya FC's Alican Atasan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After some careless play in the Galya FC defense, Süreyya Demircan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Volkan Akbaş. The Galya FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Volkan Akbaş should have stopped the shot. Aşık Tamerk kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Seyfullah Güdeş shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a rather tough play, NUSAYBİN SPOR's Orhan Veli Şükran got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Aşık Tamerk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and NUSAYBİN SPOR's Birant Tonguç didn't even have to move. Volkan Akbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süreyya Demircan in the 77th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Mehmet Ediz Kocaker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Volkan Akbaş. Galya FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Ediz Kocaker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 88 minutes into the game, NUSAYBİN SPOR's Mehmet Ediz Kocaker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
