After some careless play in the Lions Undefeated F.C. defense, Fuat Babürşah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aycan Özbekkan. The Lions Undefeated F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aycan Özbekkan should have stopped the shot. After 37 played minutes KARAGÜMRÜK SK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Emrah Özakın.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Meriç Selil made a kick off. A collision led to Lions Undefeated F.C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Battal Cüneyt Ortaç hit a great ball. With a little luck, Lions Undefeated F.C.'s Aycan Özbekkan got control of the ball when Fuat Babürşah tried to sneak it across the goal line. Meriç Selil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ünsal İpekçi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. If Battal Cüneyt Ortaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Fuat Babürşah made a precise shot to the right of Aycan Özbekkan. Lions Undefeated F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 86 played minutes Lions Undefeated F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Arif Oğuz Okman. Aycan Özbekkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tansu Tokcan in the 88th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Meriç Selil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ünsal İpekçi. KARAGÜMRÜK SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meriç Selil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. KARAGÜMRÜK SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
