Burç Ekemen made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Arif Civan sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 32 minutes, Arif Civan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karabaglar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arif Civan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdurrahman Özdoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kayacan Ahmetoğlu in the 34th minute of play. Arif Civan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esat Özberk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burç Ekemen having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Kayacan Ahmetoğlu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Karabaglar's Abdurrahman Özdoğan. Abdurrahman Özdoğan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Karabaglar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bogazliyan:s goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Özgün Dertsiz was the one to do the kick off. Arif Civan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Burç Ekemen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Özgün Dertsiz went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Burç Ekemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Civan in the 66th minute of play. Arif Civan took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Burç Ekemen. Burç Ekemen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Arif Civan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Burç Ekemen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meriç Akbatur in the 77th minute of play forced Karabaglar's goalkeeper Abdurrahman Özdoğan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes Karabaglar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Suavi Köker who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Suavi Köker almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Karabaglar's Abdurrahman Özdoğan did a great save. Esat Özberk's late challenge caught a Bogazliyan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esat Özberk helped the player get up and apologised. Esat Özberk hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Arif Civan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özgün Dertsiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burç Ekemen having to interfere. Meriç Akbatur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bogazliyan's Kayacan Ahmetoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Karabaglar had played much better football throughout.
