Ali Macit Gazzal took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hurşit Tokhan. Hurşit Tokhan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 26 minutes into the game, Ahmet Hasan İftihar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Hurşit Tokhan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Gökceyazi FK's Hurşit Tokhan got control of the ball when Ahmet Hasan İftihar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Ali Macit Gazzal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hurşit Tokhan. Ali Macit Gazzal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. When Zühtü Ongay came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Tomarza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zühtü Ongay couldn't finish the play. Hurşit Tokhan made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Kudret Uğursal sent off a good shot on target. Hurşit Tokhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Macit Gazzal, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Ercüment Uysal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aral Doğanten to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Ercüment Uysal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hasan İftihar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hurşit Tokhan was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Tomarza's Ahmet Hafiz Varlık got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ahmet Hasan İftihar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hurşit Tokhan having to interfere. In the 66th minute Ahmet Hasan İftihar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hurşit Tokhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Ali Macit Gazzal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hurşit Tokhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Ali Macit Gazzal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hurşit Tokhan having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Macit Gazzal in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hurşit Tokhan saved Gökceyazi FK from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Gökceyazi FK's zone, Ali Macit Gazzal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hurşit Tokhan came out of the goal and Ali Macit Gazzal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hurşit Tokhan came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Tomarza's Ali Macit Gazzal. But to his dismay, Ali Macit Gazzal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Hasan İftihar in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hurşit Tokhan saved Gökceyazi FK from getting behind. Hurşit Tokhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Macit Gazzal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hurşit Tokhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Macit Gazzal in the 95th minute of the match.
