Yavuz Selimhan Koç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gafur Özcebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arslan İdrisoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arslan İdrisoğlu in the 8th minute of play forced FC Atmaca's goalkeeper Bedih Safir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saltuk Başay made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Refik Samet sent off a good shot on target. Necati Sarih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Refik Samet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Saltuk Başay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, FC Atmaca's goal looked a bit too open when Arslan İdrisoğlu came free, but Bedih Safir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saltuk Başay was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Refik Samet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Refik Samet really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Refik Samet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Necati Sarih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saltuk Başay having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, FC Atmaca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarp Vahapoğlu to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the game, Sarp Vahapoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Atmaca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eskişehir Jimnastik Klübü the free kick. In the 45th minute, Sarp Vahapoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Saltuk Başay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Refik Samet in the 51st minute of play. Refik Samet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saltuk Başay having to interfere. In the 55th minute Necati Sarih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saltuk Başay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Necati Sarih had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Necati Sarih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saltuk Başay having to interfere. FC Atmaca's Refik Samet got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Necati Sarih took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saltuk Başay. Saltuk Başay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 90 minutes into the match, FC Atmaca's goalkeeper Bedih Safir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arslan İdrisoğlu. Necati Sarih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Atmaca had won after a very even match.
