Baykan Taran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artun Bedi in the 5th minute. Baykan Taran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Güngör Vecih went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. İslam Yamanöz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sungurbey Bardakçıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İslam Yamanöz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hidayet Bintuğ went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 15 minutes into the match, Yüksekova FK's Dündar Akburak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İslam Yamanöz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Karahan Başesgi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zonguldak SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yüksekova FK the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Zonguldak SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karahan Başesgi to maneuver through the defense. Ejder Candaner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for İslam Yamanöz. Zonguldak SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Baykan Taran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karahan Başesgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Yüksekova FK's Dündar Akburak got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Hasan Kutlug recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tuncay Yarlık received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baykan Taran came out and tried to block the shot, but Tuncay Yarlık slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 34th minute. 41 minutes into the game, one of Zonguldak SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

In the 53rd minute, Şimşek Otay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Yüksekova FK's Yıldırım Safvet broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ejder Candaner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for İslam Yamanöz. Zonguldak SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Yüksekova FK's Hidayet Bintuğ dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Hidayet Bintuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. İslam Yamanöz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Ejder Candaner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yüksekova FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zonguldak SK the free kick. In the 74th match minute, Yüksekova FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ejder Candaner to maneuver through the defense. When Artun Bedi came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Zonguldak SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artun Bedi couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute Hidayet Bintuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İslam Yamanöz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Ahmet Hasan Kutlug was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yüksekova FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
