Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dündar Akburak made the kick off which started today's match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Yüksekova FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Erdemli:s goal. In the 15th minute of the match Mustafa Orhan Orgun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baykan Taran skillfully saved the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Yüksekova FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gencer Koçarslanoğlu came free, but Baykan Taran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykan Taran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Latif Saye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dündar Akburak took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bahadır Yıldız. Bahadır Yıldız dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Yüksekova FK's Baykan Taran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencer Koçarslanoğlu in the 28th minute of play. Abdi Mehmet Acaroğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdi Mehmet Acaroğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Erdemli got a freekick which was hit by Abdi Mehmet Acaroğlu. Abdi Mehmet Acaroğlu hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Yüksekova FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gencer Koçarslanoğlu came free, but Baykan Taran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baykan Taran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Latif Saye in the 36th minute of play. Erdemli's Semi Candaner got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baykan Taran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emran Uruz in the 41st minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Yüksekova FK got a freekick which was hit by Sinan Sadan. After the first half Erdemli were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Latif Saye to make the kick off. With a little luck, Yüksekova FK's Baykan Taran got control of the ball when Abdi Mehmet Acaroğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Dündar Akburak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Latif Saye in the 60th minute of play forced Yüksekova FK's goalkeeper Baykan Taran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Emran Uruz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baykan Taran. Emran Uruz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Latif Saye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Baykan Taran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute of the match, Gencer Koçarslanoğlu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Baykan Taran was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Yüksekova FK's goalkeeper Baykan Taran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gencer Koçarslanoğlu. Baykan Taran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Latif Saye in the 92nd minute of play. Baykan Taran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gencer Koçarslanoğlu in the 95th minute.
