Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mustafa Arif Coşkunsu kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kocaelispor's goalkeeper Orbay Ugraş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rıfkı Budaklı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arkın Peker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Türker Tokyay, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Muradiye JK defense, Türker Tokyay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arkın Peker. The Muradiye JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arkın Peker should have stopped the shot. Mustafa Arif Coşkunsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arkın Peker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Türker Tokyay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Kağan Seyfullah might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orbay Ugraş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Kağan Seyfullah ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmet Kağan Seyfullahs short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Orbay Ugraş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Kocaelispor's Türker Tokyay in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kocaelispor's Orbay Ugraş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Arif Coşkunsu in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tümer Varlık during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tümer Varlık hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute of the match, Ogün Onurad got a very nice opportunity to score, but Orbay Ugraş was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Türker Tokyay to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 79thth minute of the game Mustafa Arif Coşkunsu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kocaelispor's Orbay Ugraş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 80 played minutes Kocaelispor got a freekick which was hit by Tümer Varlık. Orbay Ugraş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Arif Coşkunsu in the 81st minute of play. Muradiye JK's Mustafa Arif Coşkunsu got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
