Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nejat İrfanoğlu got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Reddemons FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saruhan Olgunsu came free, but Kılıç Akkın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Reddemons FC's Nejat İrfanoğlu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Reddemons FC's Kılıç Akkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saruhan Olgunsu in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Atalan Mutlualp got free with Kılıç Akkın in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atalan Mutlualp's late challenge caught a Reddemons FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atalan Mutlualp helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Reddemons FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Yusuf Bir hit a great ball. Ahmet Tolga Baydar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Kutsi Bozdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 32 minutes of play, Mengen SK's Saruhan Olgunsu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kılıç Akkın was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nejat İrfanoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Reddemons FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nejat İrfanoğlu couldn't finish the play. Nejat İrfanoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Tolga Baydar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Nejat İrfanoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nejat İrfanoğlu struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ahmet Tolga Baydar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reddemons FC. Ahmet Kutsi Bozdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saruhan Olgunsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yavuz Selimhan Ceyhan hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gazanfer Özcan Yeğin's late challenge caught a Mengen SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gazanfer Özcan Yeğin helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Kutsi Bozdoğan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Tolga Baydar came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Kutsi Bozdoğan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 55th minute. Cemil Mertoğul hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Ahmet Tolga Baydar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ahmet Tolga Baydar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cemil Mertoğul, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 70th minute, Reddemons FC's Ali Ömer Bekir seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ali Ömer Bekir the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Reddemons FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ali Ömer Bekir had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Kılıç Akkın came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mengen SK's Ruhi Acarsoy. But to his dismay, Ruhi Acarsoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Reddemons FC booed when Mengen SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Semail Yaban didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute Saruhan Olgunsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kılıç Akkın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atalan Mutlualp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Kılıç Akkın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ahmet Kutsi Bozdoğan came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Reddemons FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Kutsi Bozdoğan couldn't finish the play. Reddemons FC's Kılıç Akkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saruhan Olgunsu in the 91st minute of play. Saruhan Olgunsu took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kılıç Akkın. Kılıç Akkın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 98 minutes into the match, Reddemons FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atalan Mutlualp came free, but Kılıç Akkın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mengen SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
