After some careless play in the chemistFC defense, Ragıp Çelenk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sezer Umar. The chemistFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sezer Umar should have stopped the shot. Tanju Karacabey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haşim Talaykan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 minutes Bucaspor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Haşim Talaykan who took care of the corner kick. Tanju Karacabey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haşim Talaykan in the 24th minute of the match. Haşim Talaykan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Tanju Karacabey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Songurbey Derman struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Tanju Karacabey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for chemistFC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haşim Talaykan in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tanju Karacabey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the match, chemistFC's goal looked a bit too open when Batu Bican came free, but Sezer Umar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 54th minute, Talat Yayalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th match minute, Bucaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ragıp Çelenk to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bucaspor's goalkeeper Tanju Karacabey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abdullah Yücelay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When Haşim Talaykan came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the chemistFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haşim Talaykan couldn't finish the play. Tanju Karacabey stood somewhat misplaced when Haşim Talaykan came free in front of goal and shot 3-3 to the left of him in the 81 minute. If Haşim Talaykan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haşim Talaykan in the 85th minute of play forced Bucaspor's goalkeeper Tanju Karacabey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bahadırhan Ersezer managed to get in a good position for a shot. chemistFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bahadırhan Ersezer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Bucaspor booed when chemistFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Baybars Sağlamtürk didn't get a good kick on the ball. chemistFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
