But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Kağan Emek couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Devlet Bayazid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Ali Yılkan was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Hıdır Doğay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Savaş Suerdem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Canakci's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Kağan Emek came free, but Savaş Suerdem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Bayindir's Mehmet Ali Yılkan got control of the ball when Müfit Akkanoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bayindir's supporters rose to their feet, but Gani Türünk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Savaş Suerdem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Ali Yılkan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Devlet Bayazid in the 94th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Devlet Bayazid could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Mehmet Ali Yılkan however easily saved by the left post. The Canakci players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
