The supporters of BaTMaN PéTRoL SK booed when Bozkurt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hamdi Temirkut didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Bozkurt's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Çelebi Hacılar came free, but Hüsamettin Güzir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alaaddin Kavaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Talha Balatürk having to interfere. In the 45th minute Alaaddin Kavaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recep Talha Balatürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Denizhan Baykal fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BaTMaN PéTRoL SK's protests and gave Denizhan Baykal a yellow card for diving instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Hüsamettin Güzir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Hüseyin Cahit Gürgen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
