Beşir Titiz hit a great ball. Tevfik Engiay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Sermet Sadri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Alkan Uraltay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Güral Vahdet. Kovancilar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alkan Uraltay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 14 minutes, Halis Temizkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kovancilar and the Eynesil SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kovancilar getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Halis Temizkan hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Tevfik Engiay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Eynesil SK defense, Ataman Nedim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sermet Sadri. The Eynesil SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sermet Sadri should have stopped the shot. After having played for 23 minutes, Alkan Uraltay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eynesil SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alkan Uraltay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kovancilar's Tevfik Engiay got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sermet Sadri was a little too slow when Ataman Nedim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 32ndth minute of the game Alkan Uraltay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kovancilar's Güral Vahdet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Alkan Uraltay sped through Kovancilar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Güral Vahdet. Yağızalp Bartu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sermet Sadri was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Vecdet Sönmezalp. The supporters of Eynesil SK booed when Kovancilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Hamdi Pektay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tevfik Engiay scored 3-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sermet Sadri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ataman Nedim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sermet Sadri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ataman Nedim in the 63rd minute of play. If Ataman Nedim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sermet Sadri came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Kovancilar's Tevfik Engiay. But to his dismay, Tevfik Engiay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Sermet Sadri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ataman Nedim's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Abidin Özsan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ataman Nedim in the 82nd minute of play forced Eynesil SK's goalkeeper Sermet Sadri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tevfik Engiay came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Kovancilar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tevfik Engiay couldn't finish the play. Sermet Sadri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ataman Nedim went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the match, Eynesil SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ataman Nedim came free, but Sermet Sadri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abidin Özsan hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 95 played minutes Eynesil SK got a freekick which was hit by Abdulvahit Beşer. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kovancilar had won after a very even match.
