Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ataman Nedim made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ataman Nedim in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Necdet Pekin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vecdet Sönmezalp during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Kovancilar got a freekick which was hit by Vecdet Sönmezalp. Dilaver Gürgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güral Vahdet having to interfere. Tevfik Engiay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Necdet Pekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necdet Pekin made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Tevfik Engiay sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ataman Nedim in the 44th minute of play forced Maslak's goalkeeper Necdet Pekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Arcan Boztepe fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kovancilar's protests and gave Arcan Boztepe a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Maslak booed when Kovancilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arcan Boztepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdulaziz Hikmettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Güral Vahdet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdulaziz Hikmettin went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 55 minutes into the match, Maslak's goal looked a bit too open when Ataman Nedim came free, but Necdet Pekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Ataman Nedim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maslak's Necdet Pekin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maslak's Necdet Pekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tevfik Engiay in the 59th minute of play. When Ataman Nedim came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Kovancilar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ataman Nedim couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute of the match Özgür Berksan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Necdet Pekin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Necdet Pekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Çağrı Dalmaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Necdet Pekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tevfik Engiay in the 78th minute of play. Necdet Pekin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tevfik Engiay went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Maslak booed when Kovancilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Çağrı Dalmaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Ataman Nedim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Necdet Pekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ataman Nedim in the 91st minute of play. Mehmet Çağrı Dalmaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Necdet Pekin came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Kovancilar's Tevfik Engiay. But to his dismay, Tevfik Engiay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Kovancilar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
