After 8 minutes, Mehmet Anıl Özdamar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Selami FC and the SBJK players grew even worse after the yellow card. 13 minutes into the match, SBJK's goal looked a bit too open when Alemdar Resulhan came free, but Teoman Memduh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes Selami FC got a freekick which was hit by Metin Akbatur. Teoman Memduh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alemdar Resulhan in the 20th minute of play. Teoman Memduh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahattin Düden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Bahattin Düden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teoman Memduh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Bahattin Düden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teoman Memduh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alemdar Resulhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Gazanfer Güdeş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedai Ulutan in the 45th minute. When Savaşer Şahap fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Selami FC's protests and gave Savaşer Şahap a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Savaşer Şahap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alemdar Resulhan was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alemdar Resulhan in the 52nd minute of play forced SBJK's goalkeeper Teoman Memduh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bahattin Düden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61stth minute of the game Fedai Ulutan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Selami FC's Gazanfer Güdeş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Hüsnü Zade came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the SBJK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüsnü Zade couldn't finish the play. Teoman Memduh was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Bahattin Düden capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bahattin Düden really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Teoman Memduh stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alemdar Resulhan's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Alemdar Resulhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Selami FC's zone, Fedai Ulutan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazanfer Güdeş came out of the goal and Fedai Ulutan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Selami FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Mehmet Oğuz Kutlan hit a great ball. Hüsnü Zade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gazanfer Güdeş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in SBJK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! In the 94th minute, Alemdar Resulhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
