With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gökçe Gümüşcü prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sinan Hızarcı might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gökçe Gümüşcü. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sinan Hızarcı ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Tuncay Demiralp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gercüs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tuncay Demiralp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gökçe Gümüşcü breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aşık Seyfullah hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Gökçe Gümüşcü didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tuncay Demiralp went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute Tuncay Demiralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökçe Gümüşcü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tuncay Demiralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, İzzet Okyay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TrabzonluGençler's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gercüs the free kick. İzzet Okyay kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, TrabzonluGençler's goal looked a bit too open when Sinan Hızarcı came free, but Gökçe Gümüşcü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gercüs's Timur Nazil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Gercüs from getting a goal against them. Sinan Hızarcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçe Gümüşcü having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Tuncay Demiralp made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. TrabzonluGençler's Gökçe Gümüşcü tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When İzzet Okyay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. In the 33rd match minute, TrabzonluGençler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İzzet Okyay to maneuver through the defense. Tolga Keçecioğlu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Bahadırhan Seyfeddin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Timur Nazil made a huge save. If Sinan Hızarcı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökçe Gümüşcü showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncay Demiralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute, Sinan Hızarcı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gökçe Gümüşcü was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.
The audience was convinced that Tuncay Demiralp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gökçe Gümüşcü was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Atay Öksak hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Sinan Hızarcı in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gökçe Gümüşcü, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tuncay Demiralp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçe Gümüşcü having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samir Şehzat during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gercüs booed when TrabzonluGençler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samir Şehzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sinan Hızarcı got free with Gökçe Gümüşcü in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. TrabzonluGençler's Gökçe Gümüşcü proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save TrabzonluGençler from getting a goal against them. Gökçe Gümüşcü came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Gercüs's Sinan Hızarcı. But to his dismay, Sinan Hızarcı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 83 played minutes TrabzonluGençler got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Halis Işıner. After 88 played minutes TrabzonluGençler got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Arif Özgu. Tuncay Demiralp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sinan Hızarcı got free with Gökçe Gümüşcü in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuncay Demiralp in the 92nd minute of play forced TrabzonluGençler's goalkeeper Gökçe Gümüşcü to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Tuncay Demiralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökçe Gümüşcü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The TrabzonluGençler fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gercüs were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
