If Burak Bilgehan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Sinan Fidan lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Şadi Özveren. In the 18th minute, Şansal Ahıska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes in the game Lyudmil Grahovski got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Ötüken SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çağlar Koç to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes, Galatasaray Akademi's Lyudmil Grahovski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Şadi Özveren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galatasaray Akademi reached it. 25 minutes into the match, Sinan Fidan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ötüken SK's Şadi Özveren. Şadi Özveren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Ötüken SK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Kartal Delioğlu hit a great ball. Şadi Özveren was a little too slow when Burak Bilgehan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. Galatasaray Akademi were furious when Arif Buğra İlkut was red carded, 37 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Galatasaray Akademi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ötüken SK:s goal. Beyhan Karar had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Şansal Ahıska's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Şansal Ahıska had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beyhan Karar. Galatasaray Akademi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şansal Ahıska was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Burak Bilgehan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şadi Özveren having to interfere. Müjdat Süvari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Galatasaray Akademi's Şadi Özveren threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Burak Bilgehan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erhan Yafes to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ötüken SK's Onuralp Egin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beyhan Karar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th match minute, Galatasaray Akademi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halim Bintuğ to maneuver through the defense. When Galatasaray Akademi's Burak Bilgehan in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ötüken SK's goalie prevented a goal. Şadi Özveren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burak Bilgehan in the 63rd minute of the match. Galatasaray Akademi were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Ötüken SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lyudmil Grahovski took the corner. After taking down the ball on Galatasaray Akademi's corner Lyudmil Grahovski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Şadi Özveren quite easily take care of the ball. After 65 played minutes Ötüken SK got a freekick which was hit by Erhan Yafes. If Burak Bilgehan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şadi Özveren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burak Bilgehan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Ötüken SK's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Bilgehan came free, but Şadi Özveren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şadi Özveren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burak Bilgehan, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Burak Bilgehan took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şadi Özveren. Şadi Özveren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After 82 played minutes Ötüken SK got a freekick which was hit by Boğaçhan Ongul. Ötüken SK's Şadi Özveren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lyudmil Grahovski in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burak Bilgehan in the 84th minute of play forced Ötüken SK's goalkeeper Şadi Özveren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şadi Özveren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Pstrongowski in the 85th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Burak Bilgehan notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Ötüken SK's Şadi Özveren. Şadi Özveren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Galatasaray Akademi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
