Pars Çokay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahir Akoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şereflikoçhisar FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mahir Akoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Hacı Ali Şükran successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Şereflikoçhisar FK's Mahir Akoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Vefa İzzet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şereflikoçhisar FK's Mustafa Hamit Bayman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Erman Tur, made in the 83rd minute of the game. If Mahir Akoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Celtik had won after a very even match.
