In the 3rd match minute, Kırımgençlik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sacit Bağışhan to maneuver through the defense. Calpspor's Korkut Ünan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Calpspor from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the match, Yalçın Balamir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Korkut Ünan. Calpspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yalçın Balamir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Calpspor booed when Kırımgençlik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aras Kirmanşah didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Suavi Esentürk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Günalp Berksu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Suavi Esentürk scored 1-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Günalp Berksu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Günalp Berksu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Suavi Esentürk in the 18th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kırımgençlik defense, Suavi Esentürk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Günalp Berksu. The Kırımgençlik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Günalp Berksu should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Kırımgençlik's Sacit Bağışhan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. 27 minutes into the match, Kırımgençlik's goal looked a bit too open when Suavi Esentürk came free, but Günalp Berksu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Günalp Berksu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Suavi Esentürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cahit Sayraç kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When Orhan Seyfi Saltık came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Calpspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orhan Seyfi Saltık couldn't finish the play. Calpspor's Gökay Şenol got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Günalp Berksu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cahit Sayraç in the 37th minute of play. Sacit Bağışhan's late challenge caught a Calpspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sacit Bağışhan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kırımgençlik getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Sacit Bağışhan hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Calpspor's Armağan Olcay got a free kick in the 39th minute. Günalp Berksu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Suavi Esentürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aytek Tuğtekin took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korkut Ünan. Korkut Ünan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. Yalçın Balamir struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Korkut Ünan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kırımgençlik. When Orhan Seyfi Saltık fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calpspor's protests and gave Orhan Seyfi Saltık a yellow card for diving instead. Günalp Berksu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orhan Seyfi Saltık went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-4 was the resulting score. Korkut Ünan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sacit Bağışhan went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-4 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the match, Calpspor's goal looked a bit too open when Yalçın Balamir came free, but Korkut Ünan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calpspor's Korkut Ünan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sacit Bağışhan in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Yalçın Balamir notched a goal, 7-4, to the right of Calpspor's Korkut Ünan. Korkut Ünan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
