Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Macit Akgül got the match started through his kick off. If Ahmet Kağan Ocak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes, Macit Akgül made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cat's Sungurbey Başeskioğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 11th play minutes Ahmet Kağan Ocak shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Sungurbey Başeskioğlu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 15th minute Macit Akgül shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sungurbey Başeskioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macit Akgül received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sungurbey Başeskioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ahmet Kağan Ocak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Anıl Berk Tuyuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cat's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Berk Tuyuğ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aygün Muammer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sungurbey Başeskioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Kağan Ocak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Levent Akova managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cat's supporters rose to their feet, but Levent Akova was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aygün Muammer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esat Samim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Levent Akova to make the kick off. Cat's Anıl Berk Tuyuğ got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Anıl Berk Tuyuğ's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aygün Muammer was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Ahmet Kağan Ocak took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sungurbey Başeskioğlu. Sungurbey Başeskioğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The supporters of Baltalimani booed when Cat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lefter Toygar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Yakup Olgunay came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Cat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yakup Olgunay couldn't finish the play. After having played for 92 minutes, Ahmet Kağan Ocak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baltalimani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Kağan Ocak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltalimani's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
