The audience was convinced that Gürkan İşbilir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alper Uğurlu was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a little luck, AkcakocaFK's Cem Bozkaya got control of the ball when Suat Kuddusi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gürkan İşbilir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alper Uğurlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Suat Kuddusi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Cem Bozkaya made a huge save. Suat Kuddusi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cem Bozkaya having to interfere.
