Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Baskın Hadi took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baskın Hadi in the 5th minute of play forced Sem United F.C.'s goalkeeper Mehmet Akif Sargın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Mehmet Akif Sargın managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Merinos's Şemsettin Aşkın fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Şemsettin Aşkın got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Baskın Hadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Akif Sargın was a little too slow when Baskın Hadi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Mehmet Akif Sargın was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baskın Hadi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Şemsettin Aşkın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merinos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şemsettin Aşkın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Baskın Hadi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sem United F.C.'s Mehmet Akif Sargın was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baskın Hadi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Şenol Sabih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güray Sabuncu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Akif Sargın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baskın Hadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Şemsettin Aşkın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Seyfullah Ülgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Güray Sabuncu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Baskın Hadi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mehmet Akif Sargın, passed just outside the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fırat Akar was the one to do the kick off. Mehmet Akif Sargın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baskın Hadi in the 52nd minute of play. Fırat Akar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şenol Sabih read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Merinos got a freekick which was hit by Baskın Hadi. 66 minutes into the match, Sem United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Baskın Hadi came free, but Mehmet Akif Sargın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merinos's Baskın Hadi got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fırat Akar in the 70th minute of play forced Merinos's goalkeeper Şenol Sabih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Abdurrezzak Başarman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Merinos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sem United F.C. the free kick. When Güray Sabuncu came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Sem United F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güray Sabuncu couldn't finish the play. The goalkeeper, Şenol Sabih, was totally fooled by Sem United F.C.'s Engin Bilgetürk, who 79 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Ahmet Haşim Candar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Merinos got a freekick which was hit by Seyfullah Ülgen. When Mehmet Akif Sökmensu fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sem United F.C.'s protests and gave Mehmet Akif Sökmensu a yellow card for diving instead. Hürkan Bekir was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Şemsettin Aşkın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fırat Akar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merinos were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
